• Management of events and tours at the not-for-profit foundation’s historic 19th century building• Administrative, scheduling and calendar support to the Executive and Deputy Directors• Partner with Executive Assistant in managing Board meetings, Board book production, travel and catering.• Facility management including safety, emergency plan, security, cleaning and budgeting• Responsible for vendor relationships including IT consultants, contractors, and cleaning services• Oversight of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical• Coordination of insurance for foundation vendors, art collection and three properties• Liaise with visiting scholars and researchers to support their administrative needs• Reconciliation of invoices and expenses with finance department and Deputy Director

• Comprehensive knowledge of cultural events including Broadway, music and museum exhibits.• Experience with the logistics and procurement of tickets for all types of activities and travel. • Ability to inspire and curate cultural, shopping and dining experiences for guests.• Extensive knowledge of restaurants and nightlife in New York City. • Creation of custom itineraries for guests.• Training and managing new concierges with job responsibilities, guest interaction and hotel procedures.
