* Responsible for the spin-out of the Equitech Trading team one of the proprietary trading teams) our of Deutsche Bank- one of the biggest hedge fund launches in 2009. Coordinated the separation agreements, managed account agreements, shareholder documents, and setting up the new Roc infrastructure (including premises and technology), operations (including prime brokerage and administration agreements), fund legal structure, payroll and benefits.* Daily responsibilities include overseeing Roc's infrastructure including middle office, finance, human resources and other support functions.* Registered Roc with the SEC in 2010 and was responsible to maintain a "best practice" compliance function* Developed fund offering documents, due diligence questionnaire and pitch books

* The group was made up of individual trading teams (both employees and external managers ) trading DB proprietary capital. All teams were independent of each other with myself acting as the key liaison point between the teams and the rest of the bank* Over the ten year period, I reported into four different department heads; and at our peak, we had over twenty managers on the platform. During this time, I was considered the ultimate team player; trusted by management, and a key manager in the successful Equity Proprietary Trading franchise* Responsibilities included: Ensuring the infrastructure groups were able to support the business growth- including leveraging of infrastructure already in the bank, New Product Approval process, etc., handled employment contracts of the different trading teams including calculation and modeling of formula payouts. * Instrumental in the launching of DB Global Master Fund (trading firm and client capital side by side), and held the CFO position (In 2002, due to my close working relationships with the DB Proprietary Trading teams, I was the logical person to coordinate this initiative with the DB Absolute Returns Strategies Group)
