Responsibilities and Key Skills:• Building and implementing highly technical customised functionality in ADP HR.net.• Supporting updates and essential work-streams to deliver new functionality and ensure smooth implementation • Planning and executing quality assurance tests on new projects and solutions.• Coordinating with clients and facilitating installations and configuration of customised ADP HR.net systems.• Creating change requests (documentation/solution/estimates/design/QA/ deployment and support/overall management of work package) and ensuring delivery change requests in its entirety.• Delivering training to clients on ADP HR.net.• Interacting with clients to collect requirements, explaining solutions and providing go live support for new implementation and additional consultancy.• Project management of standalone ADP HR.net client and their implementation and post go live support.

Responsibilities and Key Skills:• Configuration of HR.net Systems.• Providing high level support to internal personnel and clients.• Working as a senior member of the team and being a high level escalation point within the team.• Building and maintaining strong relationships that help improve services to clients.• Displaying high level case management skills when handling multiple caseloads and prioritising urgent payroll cases with immovable commit deadlines.• Providing and implementing technical solutions while adhering to a strict Service Level Agreement timescale.• Working effectively and productively in a large global organisation.• Trouble shooting complex bespoke workflow processes and providing solutions.• Use of MS SQL server and SQL scripting - developing SQL scripts to query and modify data.• Creating and modifying technical knowledgebase documentation for both internal and customer use.• Tracking bugs and logging enhancement requests for the product.

Responsibilities and Key Skills:• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the surgery's computer systems and providing assistance with any IT issues.• Investigating issues on PC’s, laptops, printers, scanners and servers• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.• Design and development of the surgery's internet and intranet systems, including coding using both HTML and Joomla solutions.• Providing training to personnel on new systems and policies.• Carrying out regular data and server maintenance.• Writing and producing complex reports using the iSoft Synergy reporting tool.• Development and brainstorming of new IT initiatives to enhance IT related services for both patients and staff.• Assisting with reports to achieve Government set targets for business finance.• Responsible for system compliance controls.• Understanding and adhering to Data Protection and website laws and regulations.
