I was responsible for 2 directorates of the organisation, focusing on IT Service Delivery for those areas. As COVID hit, owned the support mechanism for Remote Working, setting up 1st line support and integrating to existing 2nd Lines. Working on the Global CRM Solution and reporting to the CRM Application Manager. I was responsible for the Application Support of a bespoked configuration of SalesLogix CRM in the engineering section of Howden, who build industrial extraction systems for major industry and infrastructure.My duties included requirements gathering, building, testing and supporting of the CRM solution and ensuring reports we produced regularly and accurately to support the Sales departments in Europe, China and the Americas.
