Overall responsibility for fully utilizing pipeline capacity, managing and controlling the safe movement of gas through NNG’s pipeline system, maximizing throughput, and maintaining a safe and economically efficient pipeline operation.

• Manage and dispatch up to two hundred and thirty (230) students on current company policy and regulations. • Serve as the liaison between students, trainers and dispatchers.• Document daily concerns on students progress in the training program.• Achieved above 70% retention and promotion goals tied to corporate bonuses.• Adept at resolving employee and client issues.• Audited payroll procedures to insure accurate payment of student employees.• Manage student retention by troubleshooting problems dealing with the training program, including LOA assignments, student/trainer performance, human relations, PTO requests, and travel accommodation.• Work closely with Dedicated Manager and/or Operations Manager to maintain student promotions and driver retention goals.• Documentation of situations that arise within the training environment.• Process students to full time status when driving hours have been completed. Review road tests and complete status worksheet.• Conduct accident reviews with student and trainer.• Report any safety violations of company policy or federal or state regulations to the Safety Department for further investigation/disposition. Examples include but are not limited to driving on trainee's logs, U-turns, parking on the shoulder, forcing student to drive, student driving curfew, unreported accidents, unsafe behavior, and skill issues.• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.• Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by the supervisory personnel.
