Yang Feng often travels to US for communicating technique to get back the advanced manufacture engineering skills for Shanghai team . Here are the main responsibility of his. 1. Responsible for the design of equipment's section , Create the BOM and setup the ERP system ,let the new design introduce the production /assembly as soon as possible after trial run its function and stability .2. Upgrade the equipment configuration of hardware per customers' requirement as initiator of design and prepare for the BOM3. Support the growth of the facility by ensuring seamless transfer of products from Billerica facilities into the Shanghai facility. 4. Research ,develop and improve the assembly working process within the project cost5. Apply continuous improvement techniques via the proper the fixture / gage to save working labor 6. Influence and lead others in the accomplishment of assigned projects. 7. Directs other technical professionals to perform analysis, design, engineering, and/or technical investigations of unique complexity, design and scope. 8. Educates and develops other technical professionals design, analysis and engineering skills. Propagates knowledge and information to others in the organization. 9. Cooperate the sourcing to find the qualification supplier to reduce the manufacture cost10. Initiate and process ECO's in an accurate and timely manner.

Acted as the senior project engineer in molex connector, Yang Feng led many projects of connector as core team leader. He could define the risk of project and develop scenarios to overcome these risks. The project management of connector is divided into some phases based on the new product's character in molex. Yang Feng need to work with his team to implement every phase one by one. When project management encounter a lot of difficulty such as resource not enough and conflict between different personality of executive members. Yang Feng always can cope with them with enthusiasm and initiative. Here are the main responsibilities.--- Develop and follow project plan,(schedule, resource) and reports project status to up management periodically --- Manage and choice the suppliers with purchase cooperation --- Leads and coordinates the activities of project teams. --- Communication with customer to define product requirements and program objectives --- Organize the meeting to review design and make sure product can meet requirement --- Lead the first sample and functional sample to generate and deliver to customer on time --- Coordinate with designer and debug team to qualify the related tooling ( pass FAI and Qualification run) --- Facilitate quality and manufacture and designer to complete all kind of tests in lab accordingly --- Disseminate the info of project status to team member and upper management by weekly report --- Track and execute the decision of team and management --- Coordinate with business, finance, supply chain, manufacture and IE to analysis the cost and control budget

The following is responsibilities of his. -Make capacity and line balance study, identify all bottleneck process; -Maintain product process(including process documents), co-operate relevant dept.to solve process problem; -Define process specification and lead to approve the new equipment or fixtures; -Co-operate with Production & QC dept to improve our product quality & Industrial Efficiency -Act as project leader or member whenever necessary(e.g. growth project, cost down project, 6 sigma project) -Skillfully use the technologies like FMEA and CIP in order to improve the process control, eliminate the hidden problem and improve the quality behaviors； -Planning and implementation of training program for the employee -Accept the external audit and provide eight D report and track it； -Communicate with the suppliers of raw material and machine to support production line.
