General Manager of 122 room Country Inn & Suites hotel in Chanhassen, MN during $5,000,000 renovation. I was responsible for oversight of hotel operations, rebuilding management team and operational processes while working with construction team on renovation. Reduced expenses during renovation including a 31% decrease in variable labor while maintaining.

Responsible for performance of all key measures including financial, quality, guest service and employee engagement of a portfolio of seven full and select service (Radisson, Park Plaza and Country Inns & Suites) hotels with a combined revenue of $33 million. I was instrumental in multiple development projects including doubling the size of the Plymouth.

Limited partner and operations manager for hotel development in Birch Run, MI. Oversight of all operations as well and pre-opening and ongoing HR, systems implementation and processes.
