I am a dynamic, pro-active and competitive person with great communication skills, always ready to take on new challenges and roles within a new work experience. The international Ph.D. enriched me a lot from a professional point of view, giving me great analytical skills and problem solving orientation, as well as the ability to work in team in motivating work environments with a high technological level. At the same time, the fact of having lived two years abroad has opened my mind on the potential of interpersonal relationships and made me discover the joy of travelling and meeting new cultures. I therefore believe that business trips abroad can be a great source of personal enrichment from all points of view.Thanks to my experience as a Trainer of Communication courses and scuba diving instructor I believe that educational and managerial roles fit me quite well, since - besides technical skills - I can also express the ability to manage cross-functional groups, leading and motivating people towards the achievement of results. In this sense I think I am also able to properly interact with all organizational levels. Furthermore, my working experience in Sweden (country that focuses on the single person rather than groups), as well as the individual sport that I practice at competitive level, have increased my capability of operating in an autonomous way.
