Work closely with other departments (underwriting, actuarial, IT, sales) to monitor and communicatefiling methods and procedures to ensure rate and form filings in use are accurate and current.• Organizes and maintains product files making sure that all necessary documentation is containedwithin the appropriate file.• Assist with policy output reviews associated with product changes.• Assist management in the development and implementation of policies/procedures.• Manage special assignments and projects to a timely completion.• Create templates and draft filings in SERFF.• Support the collection of data for regulatory and product filings.• Assist in policy issuance process by preparing draft and final policies.• Track policy status and provide weekly status updates.• Monitor and track Insurance department form and rate dispositions and objections in SERFF.• Review brochure and policy language to state/federal requirements.
