• Designed and implemented cost efficiency, cost control, optimization and continuous improvement programs throughout organization, starting from idea to full implementation and results assessment• As an assigned Project Manager planned, evaluated and facilitated numerous company-wide projects in flight operations, maintenance, ground operations, finance and cross-functionally• Reviewed, streamlined and automated business-processes. Drafted and introduced multiple company policies and documentation• Prepared cost benchmark reports and recommendations to achieve best practices and lower unit costs

• Fostered cooperation with international organizations: supported membership; represented company’s interests, planned annual activities• Participated in the development of annual business plan, investigated international aviation markets, prepared analytical reports for top management• Performed network planning

• Developed annual strategy of cooperation with international organizations, allowing for consistent approach in lobbying activities• Introduced the monitoring, reporting and verification system according to EU rules (compliance with EU ETS)

• Performed new routes profitability analysis• Analyzed benefits of joining the world global airline alliances and provided recommendations
