The final report included facility maintenance recommendations, both long and short term. While at Gilbane, responsibilities included managing the relocation and transition process of two Ohio state agencies: the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Ohio Department of Public Safety into their new 750,000 sq.ft. headquarters. She was responsible for developing and managing a 12M FF&E budget as well as facilitating on-site project meeting, training ODE personnel to conduct a FF&E inventory and developing a communications plan. Value added services included facilitating a scheduling meeting with Ohio Penal Industries personnel, which resulted in a production schedule for the $7M FF&E that OPI was to provide for the project. This was a "first" for OPI - both with having a production schedule and with supplying FF&E for a project of this magnitude.She was also instrumental in the set-up of an on-site child-care center and with the selection process of a on-site cafeteria providier.I

Responsible for setting-up new regional office in Columbus Ohio for a New York-based corporation. Bsuiness Development: Cold-called and developed business relationships with all private and public major corporations, city and state government, local schools and universities: resulting in long-term relationships and contracts. Region developed included Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.Project Manager Managed a transition project for 2,500 personnel in Cincinnati, OH - including move of existing workstations, private offices and computer lab. Move was completed over a 3.5 week timeframe - finishing on-time/on-budget.
