I am a Senior Executive with a large experience in areas such as Innovation, AI, Growth, Digital Transformation, CX, Strategy, Commercial Intelligence, Projects, Finance, Marketing and Governance, as well as in different sectors as Technology, Telecom, White Goods and Fashion. I have worked for companies like Whirlpool, Ericsson, Telefonica/Vivo and I have international experience, not only professional, but also academic (Master of Business in Marketing). I speak English and Spanish and have been taking different courses to continually improve my knowledge (ESG, Creativity, NPL, Agile, Investments, Systemic Coaching, etc). Throughout my career, I have had important achievements. I have created areas from scratch like Innovation, Strategy and Governance – for instance, in the case of Innovation, the area was fundamental to help the VP to have a new vision of the market, evaluating and implementing disruptive solutions and searching for trends globally. I led a Price/Margin Realization Program in Latin America, which consisted in changing Sales and Marketing practices from an operational mode to a strategic one, supported by new compensation policies and planning tools, as well as the continuous tracking of the results, communication and training – this job served as benchmark to other regions and boosted company’s gross margin in 1pp. I also have led a team of 15 Project Managers that in one year delivered more than 200 Marketing projects to improve customer experience. Regarding social work, I have been responsible for a one-year program to help NGOs to raise funds and implement sustainable actions to improve the well being of the community. Finally, I am absolutely passionate about learning new and different things, to understand and know different cultures around the globe, and I have a strong drive towards social impact projects that can make the world a better place to live in.
