Increased enforcement and licensing productivity within existing resources by reallocating programs and decreasing administrative overhead for 19 regional offices of the Bureau of Field Enforcement and joint enforcement programs. Led the Targeted Industries Partnership Program (TIPP), which led to improved employer compliance. Expanded TIPP, a recipient of the Council of State Governments Innovation Award, and increased the number of investigations protecting garment and farm labor workers.
