Office Coordinator - Occupational Health
CurrentMajor responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and assist caller by prioritizing and routing them to the appropriate practitioner.- Assist Occupational Health Director and staff with any requests. - Order supplies, submit help desk tickets and work orders.- Run monthly workers compensation reports detailing environmental causes, workplace violence, and bloodborne pathogen exposures.- Communicate with all new hires to obtain necessary documentation, complete data entry, schedule appointments for occupational health pre-employment screening.- Perform weekly HR briefing on occupational health clearance status of upcoming new hires. Major Achievements:- Created and maintain spreadsheet of old, pending, and restricted employees, to ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital occupational health policy. - Created and maintain procedure manual for various office coordinator processes/tasks.
