Monitoring and evaluation, adapting Eu policy requirements to country and case studies specificities. Drafting of the Impact Assessment and support to the interinstitutional process of Regulations and Directives discussion and approval.Working closely with Stakeholders, Trade union, European Commission DG and EIGE (European Institute for Gender Equality) Experts on the following topics: Human rights, Gender Equality, Diversity & inclusion, Trade Policy, Labour Market, Good governance, Poverty reduction, Environmental management, and Climate change adaptation. Support on web search, desk analyses, development and implementation of policies, interviews/case studies, qualitative analysis, data mining, statistical analysis, dissemination of contents, and activities. Organization of Hearings, International conferences, meetings, and workshops with a variety of international institutional and competent stakeholders. Support to the communication team and drafting of briefings and presentations.MEP Office management, assist with the recruitment process, monitoring, and evaluation of human resources and process by drafting reports.

Plan and organize events with attention to contents, speakers invitations, guests’ travels, venue and accommodation, financial and time constrains. Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Research core on Philosophical AnthropologyCareful and systematic investigation in the field of anthropological philosophy, sociology, environmental studies and human development. Scientific investigation and proper communication of the findings summarizing project results and preparing progress reports. Web search, desk analyses, development and implementation of interviews/case studies, data mining, elaboration of content maps. Draft articles and prepare presentations.Supervise undergraduate students.
