Current• Developed and implemented an enterprise-level Data Governance and Data Quality strategy.• Liaison between business stakeholders and IT to drive business data literacy and ownership.• Collaborate with business and technical data stewards to create a robust enterprise data catalog with a business glossary, systems, data elements, data lineage, and data quality rules. • Identify critical data elements in terms of business impact/risk/opportunity.• Identify and promote opportunities to enhance data by identifying data gaps and where available data is not meeting business needs.• Lead and oversee the use of Informatica’s Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for cloud data governance, data quality rule specifications, data profiling, and meta data scans. • Planning and managing the migration to IICS from Informatica’s Data Quality and Axon Data Governance.• Evaluate data quality issues and their impact on the business based on the priority needs of the business.• Designed and implemented a data quality framework for business rule implementation, includes proactive data steward notification when data quality metrics do not meet thresholds.• Manage the design and implementation of data quality rules by working with business and technical leads.
