• Collaborated with UX designers and front-end developers to redesign and deliver MVP for multiple projects including student task list dashboard, the KSU Mobile app, and the school’s Flashline Student Portal while.
• Researched and surveyed student groups for feedback and pain points in existing products.
• Created task flow, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Sketch and Invision App for the student task list dashboard and parking feature of KSU mobile app.
• Participated in design sprints with fast iterations in a Scrum environment.
• Conducted guerrilla and moderated user testing with students and faculty during the implementation phase.
