Refers Soldiers and Families to appropriate office i.e.: Financial Readiness, Consumer Affairs, and Family Advocacy, Chaplains, Morale, Welfare and Recreation. Provide assistance, information and follow-up on all areas of Family Readiness support. Coordinates date, time, locations, speakers and child care for FRG activities to include, Steering Committee meetings, briefings, orientations and reunions. Assist Families, Friends, Agencies and FRG Leaders with any issues/concerns that may arise, refers to the correct agency if needed. Work closely with the Unit Commanders and FRG Leaders to ensure efficient and effective communication between the command, FRGs, community resources and the Family Members. Keep the commanders and advisors informed of issues and concerns that may arise before and during a deployment. Maintain knowledge of the latest changes in Army Family Policies. Perform clerical, technical and administrative duties that include preparing event flyers, letters, calendars, newsletters, housing information, welcome packets, and health care (Tricare) information in word or Publisher. Coordinates with Garrison Agencies, ACS (Army Community Service), Red Cross, Mobilization and Deployment Specialists and Military Family Life Consultants in order to train the Family Readiness Groups and the units. Perform office automation duties as needed. Uses MS Office, word, power point, excel, access and publisher to prepare, copy, edit, store, print and review reports regarding the FRG. As the administrator of the Brigade (BDE) Virtual Family Readiness Group Web site (vFRG) developed and maintain the site, which includes managing the Soldier Data Base, posting of newsletters, pictures and FRG events.

Inputted the cost and sell prices into the Army Air Force Exchange Service computer system.Balanced the cashiers daily receipts including, checks, credit cards and cash transactions. Balanced daily,monthly and yearly transactions to ensure that inventory and cashier reports were accurate with little toknow overages or shortages. Ability to use a 10-key calculator and computer software.
