I provide constant information and analysis on the market trends, evolution and competitors.I achieve budgeted revenue goals and monitoring all marketing expensesI supervise the brand image and guidelines.I handle of the own brand stores enhancing strategies, I manage the purchases of high-end pyjamas, corsetry, socks, swimwear in accordance with annual expense budget and forecast sales.I am managing and setting up of the new e-commerce site; I am implementing of the launch strategy. I managed the communication guidelines of the Conforama Brand in Italy, developing and adjusting them to the Italian contextI fixed and accomplished from scratch the products and services communication for the 19 italian stores, following if necessary the local needs.I developed and coordinated all the communication guidelines during opening, refurbishing and renovating shops respecting the available budget and the timing.I was carrying out the annual customer satisfaction surveys, brand awareness, mystery shopping and focus group surveys of 19 stores. The company considered essential the annual evaluation of the service level, the product satisfaction, and the frequency of visits and the specific purchasing behaviour of different targets. I implemented all improvements on all the local realities because of the surveys’ results.

I produced the annual promotional Plan, which involved an investment of 1.400.000€. Secondly, I was in charge of enforcing the deadlines, paying special attention to the quantitative and qualitative consistency of a promotional mix.I created a redemption monitoring system of the all-promotional campaigns with detailed analysis of shared and identified KPI.I ran the packaging development of the private label related to the main sectors (furniture, home decoration, SDA, DIY) in accordance with the Head Office with the adjustment in line with the Italian legislative reality.I managed 4 people.

Internship at Columbus Italy wich is a communication, marketing and public relation agency that was working with a fashion and house accessories Company. I looked the relationships with photographers, stylist, journalist, testimonials in order to coordinate the press activities.
