- Directed the logistics behind Olio’s food redistribution scheme for Iceland Foods, leading our client to reaching its sustainability goal of saving 1 million meals since July 2022;- Supported and trained over 1000 Olio volunteers and Squad Captains to ensure a great volunteer experience and to maximise the success of Olio's Food Waste Hero program.

- Managed Olio’s food surplus redistribution partnership with Iceland Foods UK: • Adjusted its volunteer-based collection process to the needs of the client whilst working against ambitious KPIs and scaling the partnership nationally to 959 sites (6,660 weekly collections); • Refined Olio’s streamlined recruitment and training processes to coordinate over 8k volunteers.- Led Olio’s first pilot trial with Iceland Foods Ireland from 5 stores to a national rollout in Ireland and established a solid relationship with the supermarket’s Irish branch.
