Leading and managing staff and dancers at Canadian Pacific Ballet. Working with the Board of Directors to ensure the growth and continuance of the mission statement. Visioning and creation of works to be performed as well as selecting and contracting choreographers, the auditioning and hiring of dancers to work with the company, daily instructing, coaching, and rehearsing and overseeing and working with designers, technicians, composers and librettists.
