Ryder Systems Inc.

• While with Ryder I worked in house at two customer facilities in growing capacities.
• At the Boral Brick location, I served as the Customer logistics Supervisor. I supervised 35 plus drivers in six separate areas of the Western region who were contracted to the Boral Brick account to provide safe.
• In my capacity I oversaw hiring & termination, onboarding,record retention, benefits coordination, all safety issue to include vehicle maintenance planning, coordination, logs and drug and alcohol testing all while.
• Following this I was promoted to the Location manager for the new Insurance Auto Auctions account in Longview, Texas where I managed a staff of 5 commercial grade tow truck drivers and 10 outside two vendors under.
• At the Longview location, I managed all of the above noted from my prior account as well as full scale on site account management.
• Additionally I provided inbound and outbound for all carriers.

Dispatched for the Kenova WV, Kingsport TN & West Elizabeth PA terminals with 30 drivers, who specialize in chemical transport for Eastman Chemical and Marathon with deliveries across the US and Canada.

While with Trimac I worked in three locations, (Chanute Kansas, Tulsa Oklahoma & Marshall Texas) in a traffic supervisory capacity. Each location had a distinct market base and resource management requirements.In all locations I managed Company drivers, Owner Operators and Owner operator drivers, to include supervision to maintain compliance with all DOT.

Chanute Kansas

• Dispatcher for Ellsworth.
• Responsible for the safe operation of 60 plus units based out of the Chanute Kansas location.
• Specialized in dry bulk cargo until the assets of the company were purchased by Trimac Transportation.

Springfield, Missouri Area

• Assistant to the director of Purchasing, Maintenance & IT
• Maintained maintenance records for our 400+ unit fleet to meet DOT regulations.
• Tracked maintenance staff records in all locations.
• Managed the purchasing and distribution of all products for our company stores as well as acting as thepurchasing agent for specialty items spaced for new units.
• Negotiated and maintained service / lease contracts of office equipment in all terminals.
• Tracked and cost cut on various company expenditures and managed the purchasing of value addedincentives for our driving base.
