• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors• Ensuring timely payment of debts • Works on collection of overdue accounts • Negotiating re-payment plans• Responding to relevant client enquiries• Has regular customer contact by phone, fax and email • Deal with escalated payment issues• Processing and reconciliation of invoices • Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems• Preparation of statements and setting up reports for trend analysis• Setting up monthly/ weekly reports for customer packs• Deal with analysis files and determine when invoices received and paid etc• Responsible for own cash allocation • Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records • Makes adjustments, handles queries and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy • Checking invoices from suppliers;• Sending pre-payments.• Smallest invoice £40.00 to largest being £180.000,00
