I am a Partner in the Innovation team at Mishcon de Reya, specialising in technology disputes.I have particular expertise in resolving complex and valuable commercial disputes where technology is at the heart of the claim. I act for suppliers and customers in disputes relating to IT, outsourcing and digital transformation projects. I also advise established technology businesses in relation to the myriad issues and litigation risks arising from doing business in the innovation economy, as well as helping to protect tech startups/scaleups from the disputes that arise in their formative years as they look to disrupt new markets.Many of my recent disputes have involved business critical subject matter, and the future of my clients’ businesses has been highly dependent on the outcome. In many of those claims, it has been necessary to obtain urgent interlocutory relief, including mandatory and prohibitory injunctions and freezing orders in order to maintain the contractual status quo or preserve assets. I also have significant experience of acting in corporate disputes, cross border joint venture disputes and claims involving the sale and purchase of technology businesses, including breach of warranty disputes and disputes over valuations and earn outs.
