As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, I'm responsible for supporting instructors, apprentices, mentors, and advisors to empower ReVision Energy’s industry-leading apprenticeship programs to build the next generation of clean energy professionals. This role serves a key facilitation role at the intersection of ReVision’s training efforts and the company’s service, design, and sales activities. I'm fostering my passion for addressing a key barrier to climate action while building a strong culture of teaching and learning in the ReVision Energy Training Center. Enjoy the Sun!

• Work with leadership define the sales enablement plan for sales teams• Work effectively across the products, marketing and sales teams to create and curate high quality, relevant and searchable sales content including new product launches and updates• Leverage data analytics to evaluate business impact, track the usage and define efficiency of sales enablement plan• Formulate a project plan for implementing a new holistic sales team training program• Design, develop and deliver product, systems, process training to sales teams• Assist with creating and managing our internal communication plan between products, marketing and sales teams• Manage and oversee the Clean Energy Contractor Advisory Board (CAB) and Sales Knowledge Council to identify opportunities for continuous improvement for sales teams

- Possess a detailed technical knowledge of clean energy products- Manage a territory of over 400 accounts and saw 15X growth in sales- Trained installers and mentored new sales reps- Secured a NABCEP PV Associated credential- Lead project to create knowledge management and training system- Participated in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee

- Managed clean energy inventory, sales order fulfillment and on time delivery- Oversaw product quality standards- Managed time and space constraints to meet monthly shipping targets

- Oversaw and managed all logistics of annual cycling events- Secured all event sponsors and donor relations- Managed the marketing plan for each of the events- Recruited, assigned, trained and managed volunteers

- Designed and administered website to publish adaptive sports news and media- Created and executed strategic marketing plan increasing website traffic- Managed teams to report from the 2014, 2016, 2018 Paralympic Games and 2014 Para Cycling Worlds - Sale of online ads to support mission

- Oversaw national needs assessment and organized advisory committee to guide training program- Updated the Certified Disability Sport Specialist for development of training- Created 3 year program operational plan for 2017-2019

Managed a grant from the Veteran Administration (VA)Oversaw a nordic ski program for Veterans with Disabilties

- Oversaw national educational conferences, trainings and webinars - Liaison between national office and chapter network of 120+ nonprofit adaptive sport centers- Managed a team to develop adaptive cycling instructor training manual endorsed by USA Cycling - Created and implemented department strategic plan and annual budget

- Oversaw all event planning including annual fundraisers and a national adaptive cycling race- Designed sponsorship packages and fostered donor relations- Directed human resources and managed staff of four (hired three) and 250 Volunteers - Oversaw annual budgeting process and led strategic planning process and implementation- Managed operations and facilities at 7000 square foot sports center- Created and managed marketing campaign including: public speaking, social media, print, website and film
