As a retired US Army Soldier, entrepreneur, and technical instructor, I bring a unique blend of leadership, logistical expertise, and tech-driven innovation to every endeavor. My journey started in the Army, where I served as a logistician, honing skills in warehouse management, SARSS, and logistics.Post-military, I embraced versatility, driving for Uber and Lyft before venturing into real estate. Simultaneously, I founded and currently run The Escape Adventures, a thriving escape room business now in its third year. As the Chief Visionary Officer, I design and deliver captivating, story-driven experiences that entertain and serve as powerful tools for team-building and leadership development.In my role as a technical instructor at CALIBRE Systems, I've significantly contributed to modernizing military training. Beyond my military logistics background, I've spearheaded initiatives such as managing a SharePoint site and developing custom Power App solutions for the Army Sustainment University. Achievements include architecting the framework for a SharePoint site, establishing structures for five committees within two colleges, and creating two impactful Power App solutions – a training request/management application and a support request application – integral to the operations of the Army Sustainment University.My commitment to continuous learning is evident in recent certifications, including CompTIA Security +, MS-900 Microsoft Fundamentals, PL-900, PL-100 and PL-200 with completion of the Microsoft Power Up program.Beyond technical proficiency, I excel in team-building and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Demonstrated not only in managing The Escape Adventures but also in my role at CALIBRE Systems, where I have hands-on experience managing a SharePoint site and creating custom Power App solutions.With an Associates degree in Business and a proven track record of entrepreneurial success, I seek new opportunities as a software developer or Power Platform developer.
