I've represented factories in China, Vietnam and the United States, and now Chile and Brazil. I am very tuned into sales, training, customer service, manufacturing, new division growth and design. My 20+ year career in the world of sales, training, new business development and team building has given me great insight into all aspects of the hospitality world. I consider myself to be one the most well-rounded and versatile sales and management professionals in hospitality and cruise; able to switch back and forth from C level calls, to solving problems inside a factory, to managing a sales team.
