For the past 28 years I have been reinventing myself every single day, and while doing so, being happy, feeling energized and “dragging along” a motivated and highly skillful team with me on this journey.I'm a natural team-leader and I have led multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams through the multiple challenges within the complex communication and business industry. At Havas I'm responsible for leading the Digital and Consumer Experience practice, integrating CRM, Digital Transformation Processes, Performance and Mkt automation implementation ( B2B and B2C ), e-commerce implementation and management, technology, data and marketing platforms.Always focused on integrated communications, technology, e-commerce and branding my role has been instrumental on leading projects and brands, including TIM, Intel, Reckitt Benckiser, Peugeot, Stella Artois, Budweiser, Saraiva, Brahma, Parceiro Ambev, Serasa, Volvo, Mastercard, Microsoft among so many others. I consider myself a digital native communications professional, who delivers a robust and complete understanding of the brands and business opportunities in the digital, data and communication arena at it’s fullest. Whether creating innovative websites, promotions, advertising campaigns (both on and offline), social media storytelling, CRM and consumer experience or even creating e-commerce platforms, I put my heart and soul into every project I manage to create something inspiring that will transform the businesses I’m working for and motivating the team involved.Of course, being a founding partner in so many initiatives, thought me since the early days of my career to master management and operations matters such as : financial reports and control, cash flow, accounting, legal and tax regulations, payroll, ERP implementation, due diligences, M&A, budget and financial planning, cost controlling, revenue forecast, timesheet control, pricing, etc. Although, my truly passion lies on the operation it self: being on daily contact with clients, on planning, on brainstorm with the team, on pre production meetings, with a special taste for goal achievements.
