Inventory control of approximately 4,000 items (mechanical, electronic, chemical, and acoustic) of BOMs of 20 products produced in the plant;- Negotiating with suppliers from China, the United States, Mexico, and Europe, focusing on maintaining raw material planning and controlling critical items without production downtime due to delays or lack of materials;- Controlling raw material shipment until final delivery in production (average of 50 containers/month), with relevant improvement in ETAs and minimization of cargo delays;- Ensuring agile resolution of raw materials-related issues, including lead time delays, shortage of containers, and carrier errors regarding booking dates and cargo pick-ups;- Controlling MRP to ensure PCP planning is fulfilled according to sales and operation goals;- Maintaining weekly calls with suppliers in China to control the raw materials supply for new products and price control of items in phase-in processes for new products;- Producing logistic cost analysis, inventory, overstock, critical list, and product phase-out reports;- Checking documentation for cargo clearance processes.Main achievements: - Worked on a continuous improvement project with the nationalization of EPS and packaging, focusing on reducing logistical costs by reducing the number of containers required. Savings of over BRL 1.5 million in 12 months;- Saved over BRL 1 million in the phase-out process of 4 JBL products, from replanning raw materials and negotiating with suppliers to canceling open POs and reducing quantities.
