At Radcat Design, I serve as the Studio Creative Director, contributing to building and nurturing the design team's art department and production schedule. As Studio Creative Director, I play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation of Radcat IP, ensuring a seamless and captivating brand identity. My responsibilities extend to developing brand IP guides and managing outsource partners. I actively seek and discover exceptional outside talent, fostering strong industry relationships. My creative input and participation in weekly planning, design, updates, and budget development are essential to Radcat Design's IP brand success. Professor of Sequential Art at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Notable achievements include: Successfully leading and co-leading career events such as Editors Day and Comics art forum for the department for 5 years. Launched the Virtual implementation of Editors Day to include eLearning, out-of-town and international Students in 2019 pre-empting the 2020 full Virtual Editors Day event. This lead to SCAD being the ONLY live Publishing event in North America in 2020 during the pandemic. Academic Advisor to the Concept Art club from 2019 to present. While overseeing the club membership bloom from 50-over 1400 members.

Illustrated Game Box Cover art for 9 games (Board games and deck building games, plus expansions). Created artwork for Card art and board game tiles for 4 deck building games/expansion sets and 1 board game. Created over 30 illustrations for the GI JOE and Transformers Role Playing Game handbooks digitally painted collaborating with Ross Perschichetti.

Concept artist and ideation helping to ship 4 games for Playful studios including: Lucky's Tale, New Super Lucky's Tale, Creativerse, and Wildcard. Concept art including character design, biome environment design, action analysis and dynamic character movements.
