A tested, and proven marketing, promotions, and creative development consultant serving both the for-profit, and the not-for-profit venture interests. Robert aka "Cowboy Bob" Banfield is the original Founder/President and sole proprietor of Circle L Productions & Promotions (est.1982), and is the Managing Partner of CLP Entertainment Group, a venture activities collaborative, engaged most principally in the development, implementation, and presentation of festival/street fair and music concert events. His duties include: all talent procurement, contract negotiations, on site production/supervision and management. As part & portion in his position, Robert drafts, structures, organizes, and coordinates the overall elements of each event from paper to pavement. From recruitment, and training of the production teams, to the stage management, utilizing a range, and depth of experience, Robert arranges for, and oversee each aspect of the production, from the Venue/Grounds procurement to talent hospitality, backline fulfillment, and media & fan interaction, meeting, and generally exceeding the associated expectations. Outside of the show arena, Robert works directly; to design, assemble, implement, and distribute all marketing elements, radio/television/print media, while personally campaigning, to develop, and secure appropriate local & national sponsorship partners, ensuring both vitality, and financial stability to the events budgetary resource!
