Duties include development, organization and maintenance of filing and database systems for contractors and project sites, developing and maintaining relationships among contractors, ensuring prompt and efficient completion of orders placed, conducting on-site as well as classroom training as to proper installation procedures for various 3M Fire Protection Products, and drafting job-specific submittal packages to be used to determine the most cost-effective firestopping solution in accordance with local and UL standards.

Duties include assisting the Midwest Territorial Manufacturer's Representative for 3M's Fire Protection Products Division via development, organization and maintenance of filing and database systems for contractors and project sites, developing and maintaining relationships among contractors, aiding and assisting the Representative to ensure prompt and efficient completion of orders placed, assisting in on-site as well as classroom training as to proper installation procedures for various 3M Fire Protection Products, and, under direct supervsion from the Manufacturer's Representative, drafting job-specific submittal packages to be used to determine the most cost-effective firestopping solution in accordance with local and UL standards.
