Since then, they have become the Resilium Group. Based in Rockhampton, Robert Cooper fell in love with the region and the people. It is great country and he drove considerable growth mainly in the Broking area. AMP agents became quite cynical of General Insurance due to poor and confusing management and inconsistent covers and rates, but he derived great support from the Brokers in the region. For family reasons, Robert was forced to move to Brisbane but he will never forget his time living in Yeppoon, one of the most picturesque regions of Australia, playing Golf with Kangaroos, driving away Taipans and pythons from the garden chasing after the beautiful Green Frogs that stuck to his windows around his home. But city life has many new challenges and so does a new daughter. -

Enjoyable days but everyone has to grow up and take their career seriously. I made a brief return in 1998 when I completed my MBA, but went as far as I could with Lumleys and became an Insurance Broker.I loved my time at Lumleys and RAA Insurance. Fantastic people. I very much appreciated the mentorship of Brenton Costello and Lloyd Mathews especially. They gave my career its start but I stayed too long at 11 years service there.
