Responsible for a Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Advanced Operations Course distance learning (AOC-dL) team consisting of active duty military and civilian instructors, assistant professors and associate professors. Ensures the college’s overall mission, vision and values are communicated and integrated into strategies, goals and objectives. Represents the AOC-dL at post instructional and curriculum design review conferences to facilitate continuous improvement in course design, curriculum and courseware development. Functions as first-line assessor/evaluator in support of CGSC Quality Assurance Program. Performs liaison and interacts with faculty of colleges, universities and agencies to exchange concepts and ideas of mutual benefit; test the relevance and quality of CGSC instruction; and provide CGSC outreach to the civilian community.Facilitates and teaches the CGSC AOC-dL in a synchronous and asynchronous distance learning environment.
