Supported Mortgage Servicing systems. Environment has a mix of green screen and server applications (.net/C#) using stored procedures to interact with data on the i-series.  Provided in depth analysis with effective solutions to back end production issues, primarily on the i-series.  Relied upon to provide SQL queries for complex data requests. Presented knowledge transfer demonstrations for changing, new and moving applications. Up to speed quickly on responsible systems – contributing fixes and expertise with the first month of employment to ongoing issues Developed strong relationships with QA and SA team members, allowing for seamless resolutions to ongoing production issues. Worked well within a heavily locked down environment, adapting to and navigating an ever changing environment to successfully implement quick turnaround solutions. Earned multiple recognitions from piers.

Develop and support programs in RPG III, RPG/ILE, CL, Embedded SQL, QRY, FTP and VB. Primarily focused on financial, sales and service related applications. Learned and took over support of the Contract system. Have completed numerous projects in relation to this system, as well as becoming the go to resource for any issues flowing from or through the contract system to other areas of Route Accounting, including Ordering and Invoicing. Took over support and development of the Corporate Sales Report. During this time, the report has been solidified, going from an unreliable and mostly ignored document to what the current VP of Sales calls the 'Bible' being used to track salesperson performance.Coordinated and performed all technical tasks related to a comprehensive Customer Price Increase project. From a technical standpoint, the process was completed successfully to the point where there was minimal invoice error - given an increase in weekly revenue of $17,701, only $697 of that total has subsequently been decreased due to customer resistance. This amounts to approximately $700K in profits for the current year as a direct result of this project.Successfully extracted the much used Survey Summary and Survey Comments reports from Sales Logix into standalone VB programs, making requested modifications along the way. These reports are now more manageable and portable to other technologies if the need ever arises.Have demonstrated willingness to do whatever it takes to meet critical deadlines by working late into the night and over weekends when the need arises.Have developed a good rapport working with internal customers in the finance, sales and service departments, as evidenced by the positive feedback that's been received on a consistent basis throughout my tenure at Arrow.

Developed programs in RPG/ILE, CL, Embedded SQL, QRY, FTP, VB and VBA in support of various business applications related to the support of Chrysler's Call Center, as well as a myriad of Dealer Training, Billing, Hot Lead and Marketing programs. Responsible for the development, maintenance and monitoring of various scheduled data transfers from our client (Chrysler) received on a daily basis and utilized through out the department.Development and ongoing support of multiple dealership billing invoice programs.Development and ongoing support of a Document Creation Module, which utilized VB programs running on a server pulling data down from the system I and plugging into 3rd party faxing software (Right Fax). This process was used to disseminate faxes for various programs, including Dealership Hot leads, Affiliate Reward documentation, Fleet management notices and more. I wrote this process from scratch, from the VB programs to the RPG programs used to build and organize the data on the system I.Numerous data requests delivered via Excel and generated from RPG or WRKQRY.Fax Blasts to all dealers to inform them of available Chrysler corporate marketing programs.
