Responsible for the overview, timely invoicing, and collection of over ninety million dollars of the agency's medical Accounts Receivable billed annually to third party providers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Indemnity insurers and consumers. Supervising a staff of four, coordinated review and response to all denials. Hired, and trained staff to insure all tasks assigned were met. Collections exceeded ninety seven percent during my oversight.Controlled the subsidiary journal, monthly and year-end close of this portion of the agency's records. Prepared and analyzed Excel reports for Senior Management concerning the accuracy and status of the agency's Accounts Receivable. Performed final review of all write offs. Interfaced with funding sources, software vendors, and over twenty-five decentralized site billing staff to facilitate the day to day billing and collection of services that the agency provided.
