At Askdelphi I head up the product development team in building the cloud-based performance support platform Askdelphi. I am responsible for determining the product roadmap and aligning the product with the Five Moments of Need methodology and the seven guiding principles for effective performance support.In addition I manage sprint planning, prioritize product features and co-ordinate customer demand.
