As a learning & performance consultant I am focused on impact by designing the right solution for the right need. At Xprtise we look to embed and enable knowledge and learning in the workflow, leading to performance improvement that can be seen and measured. At Xprtise we want to drive performance improvement through a variety of learning, performance support, change management and other initiatives.

I am responsible for the realisation of an online trainingsplatform that fulfills the (online) education demand of the employees of ManpowerGroup Nederland. I am pro-actively looking for the demand for (online) learning facilities and I advise regarding form and content. I am responsible for realisation and creation of the modules, as well as for the quality of the products. I stimulate and facilitate the use of (online) learning within the organisation. This takes a central place in the development of the learning culture within ManpowerGroup. Furthermore, I carry responsibility for the onboarding of ManpowerGroup colleagues and the Mangament Trainee Programme.

Het doel als account consultant is het vergroten van het marktaandeel/omzet/productiviteit bij actieve klanten binnen Manpower. Als account consultant ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klant en de kandidaat. Je hebt regie over het vinden van de juiste kandidaat en het opvolgen van de match bij de klant. Je signaleert nieuwe of veranderende wensen bij de klant en initieert initiatieven om hieraan tegemoet te komen.

I assessed applications from future students for 2 programmes: BSc International Business and BSc Economics and Business Economics. I was responsible for the assessment of the documents and the evaluation of the applications. I worked together with academic staff on a ranking of all the applicants for the decentralised selection procedure. The ranking was made based on my judgement and the evaluation of the academic staff.

Als deel van het Accounts Payable team was ik verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking, controle en betaling van alle binnenkomende facturen van Fujifilm Europe b.v.Ik maakte gebruik van software als SAP en Readsoft.

During this internship I collected and processed all relevant data regarding the shows performed in the theatre. I was the spokesperson for the various impresarios and provided them with necessary information. Also, I was responsible for the looks and content of the website. Furthermore, I initiated special actions and events regarding presale or premieres, offline as well as on social media.
