Assistant Project Manager – The Chancellory (1,071,899 SF) 2002-2004 Responsible for leasing, construction and operations in 500 Park Boulevard (450,614 SF)  Completed 15 lease transactions (70,000 SF) and 20 tenant construction jobs (150,000 SF)  Engaged in numerous capital projects ($2.5 MM+) including an elevator modernization, repaving the drives and surface parking lots, roof replacement, and a complete overhaul of the base building electrical system.Assistant Project Manager – Quaker Tower (896,502 SF) 2001-2002 Worked with architects to re-measure the building, creating an additional 53,000 square feet of rentable space Coordinated the installation of a new security system ($250,000 project) Negotiated contracts for building operations (window washing, elevator maintenance, cleaning, etc.) totaling more than $1.5 MM in expenditures annually

 Completed and reviewed financial analyses for $4 billion of office, retail, apartment, and industrial properties (1) Boxer Property - Houston-based office portfolio, valued at $150 million. (2) National Income Realty Trust - National, multifamily portfolio of 4,600 units valued at $100 million. Lead a team of financial analysts working simultaneously with eight CBRE brokerage teams nationwide.(3) Koger Equity, Inc. - Jacksonville/Charlotte-based office portfolio valued at $90 million. Provided strategic consulting services: sale-leaseback, lease comparison, lease vs. own, sublease vs. lease buyout, and lease restructuring. Clients included Southern Company, Caterpillar, and Johnson & Johnson. Extensive financial modeling and DCF analysis in Excel, Argus, and Pro-ject.
