My personal practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate application and litigation, as well as starting and running small to medium businesses. My practice is issue driven, with an eye to results that have a net-positive economic benefit to my client. I strive to ensure adequate education of the risks facing my clients, a generous set of options for my clients to chose from and, hopefully, the realization of the most positive outcome available to my client.
