I am a global technology leader with 25+ years of experience restoring and improving broken processes and transforming teams for long-term, scalable success at Fortune 100 companies. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS• Co-led a $200MM+ vulnerability management transformation effort to modernize vulnerability governance and remediation tooling and practices across a global corporation.• Led the successful, early delivery of a $300MM technology modernization and compliance program for a major technology division of a worldwide top-5 financial services firm. The program spanned 14 subprojects and was scrutinized and followed by Board-level leadership. My team and I designed practices which became the sustainable standard for multiple technology divisions at the company.• Saved $15MM by leading an offshore team to replace an ineffective consulting firm. We accomplished the program objectives in half the time planned at a quarter of the cost of the consulting firm.• Co-architected and led the implementation of the world’s largest SharePoint implementation at the time, deploying to 330k+ staff and revolutionizing the employee portal experience at Wells Fargo.My StrengthsFinder results are: Activator, Futuristic, Ideation, Intellection, Restorative.
