CurrentI was chosen for the highly visible Plant Director role based on my unmatched skills in manufacturing operations, financial management, and servant leadership. After 3 years of not meeting targets, I led a complete facility turnaround. I restructured the senior leadership team, improved safety records, boosted first-pass quality, and uplifted the morale of the site.My team consisted of 7 direct reports and 100+ in total.
