Past clients have included the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (a series of human-centered design workshops for adolescent health leaders; process redesign to improve disaster response), Boston Public Schools (user research facilitation), Virginia Legal Aid (2017-2020 strategic plan), Bridgeway Capital (launching the country's first accelerator for craft manufacturers), the Mississippi Museum of Art, and the Legal Aid Justice Center (strategic plans).• Current engagements include a strategic plan for a nationally-leading, $1B human services agency, an interpretive plan to aid the transformation of playwright August Wilson's childhood home into an arts center, managing the launch of a national maker brand, and facilitating strategy sessions for the executive team of a national voting rights organization.
