FoodMarble is a digital digestive health company clinically validated by leading global gut health experts, focused on making the best digestive health research and solutions accessible to everyone. Our device enables at-home and on-demand breath testing and symptom monitoring, producing large and novel datasets, making FoodMarble an exciting place to be as a data scientist. I work across three aspects of the business: 1. Clinical data science- Analysing data for both prospective and retrospective studies, leading to several abstracts being accepted in major medical conferences in the gut health and gastroenterology spaces (Digestive Diseases Week, American College of Gastroenterology), with follow-up publications currently in review. 2. Product data science,- Building the analytics & insights that we offer to users, enabling them to easily track how their bodies respond to different foods, and improve their gut health.3. Engineering data science,- Initiated and leading the implementation of Statistical Process Control systems in our manufacturing and calibration process, and development of real-time algorithms to make sure our users get the most reliable devices, data, and insights.
