This team is responsible for enterprise customer developed application and enterprise platform. Provided enterprise level support for our SDLC platforms comprised of source code controls, artifact repositories, package and SDLC ticket management platforms within our DevOps environments. Evolving our integration platform team into a high performing Integration COE. Integration platforms were used for most if not all significant business application. Integrations cover internal to internal and external B2B applications. Directed the flawless execution/deployment of our corporate communication and collaboration platform to the entire company within a 10 week window during the pandemic of 2020. Selective needed a way to conduct business as usually while ~98% of the work force was transitioned to working remote almost overnight. We were able to successfully deploy this new technology to the entire employee base without issues. Responsibilities included the support of our collaboration platform used to facilitate real time document and data collaboration, content/records management, internal voice/video communications including chat as well as external inbound/outbound PSTN functionality. IT Liaison for Marketing and Corporate Comm departments, supported departmental and business objectives through proper alignment of talented resources. Became the trusted advisor and Delivery Manager on a $2.2M Campaign Automation project, where we delivered a complex and highly integrated solution, which was delivered on scope, schedule and budget.
