As a Cyber Instructor/Developer at the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence, I leverage my 19 years of military service and six years of cyber network defense experience to prepare the next generation of cyber warriors. I manage students attending the 14-week Cyber Network Defense Course, teach basic scripting in Windows PowerShell, and develop pen testing labs for advanced students. I also continuously update the training objectives and course content to align with the latest cyber threats and best practices.I have completed a B.S. in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and 11 industry certifications from CompTIA and GIAC, including CySA+, Pentest+, GCIH and GCFE. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies in the cyber domain and expanding my knowledge base. I have operational experience as a Cyber Security Analyst, Battalion S6 NCOIC, and Cyber Protection Brigade S6 HelpDesk NCO, where I supported various cyber missions and projects in collaboration with diverse teams. My goal is to apply my cyber expertise and teaching abilities to enhance the security and resilience of cyberspace.
