Responsibilities:- Project Manager for production preparation in RA Katowice for products transferred from other Rockwell Automation locations (Medium Voltage Smart Motor Controllers, Medium Voltage Drives). Development and maintenance of the project scope and objectives, budget, schedule, risks. Tracking progress of the work, status communication of the project through regular meetings with all the people involved in the project. Working in an international environment (Canada, China).

Starting from identifying the needs of the implementation of a new project by preparing a business case, the scope and objectives of the project, preparation of the budget, on schedule. Monitoring progress of the work and actions, trucking and responding on the risks of the project,- The duties of a process engineer for powder paint shop and in the initial phase for sheet metal fabrication process. Talks with potential suppliers of machinery and equipment, clarifying technical issues, perform analysis of the selection of machine suppliers, participation in preparation of the construction project for powder paint shop, co-operation with suppliers and coordination of constructions, installations and assembly works.
