-Working with various homeowners and Designers, Tile and Stone Selections-Working with various Home Builders on setting up their home decor and sales centers-Working with custom home builders; working directly with clients to design their home plans -Reading and interpreting series of architectural, and structural plans in order to properly estimate layouts and drawings for all types of flooring systems for Low Rise and High Rise.-Incorporating Ontario Building Code practices in relation to flooring and stone surface installations so that all installs meet all code requirements.-Creating and assigning work orders for scheduled work-Ordering of all site materials and carrying out equipment delivery scheduling-On site supervision of tile setters and labourers-Planning and delegating daily tasks to ensure all schedules and deadlines are met-Following through with post delivery inspection scheduling -Attending weekly site meetings to discuss building progress with site supervisors, and other site trades.-Conduct weekly safety talks, and continuously enforce safety procedures as are outlined in the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
