As a Systems Administrator - Integrations at Westland Insurance Group Ltd., I am responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory environments for over 1500 users across Canada. I also support the integration of various applications and systems with the cloud platform, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency. I have been working in this role since Mar 2023, after being promoted from IT System Support Specialist, where I provided technical assistance and resolved issues for internal and external customers. I have over 3 years of experience in IT system support and administration, and I hold multiple certifications in ITIL, Azure, and Microsoft 365. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where I am learning about the latest trends and technologies in the IT field. I am passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the business. I have strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, as well as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
