Responsible for ten OH-58D Kiowa Warrior helicopters to attain 91% operational readiness rate with no safety accident/incident in 12 months. Accountable for the management of $56 million of Army equipment and property. Planned, deployed and supervised the Troop’s training in preparation for Iraq deployment at the Joint Readiness Training Center in Fort Polk, LA for six weeks.
